There might be different charges when you receive your invoice, depending on what kind of service we provide you. Here is a list of some services broken down and explained, along with the cost of each service.
Technician First Call Out- We charge $95 for the first call out. This charge is for any materials the technician needs to pick up before he/she comes to the job and the travel time taken to get there. Lastly, this charge covers all equipment charges as we have eliminated all other fees.
Our hourly rate – $115 / hour: We charge $110 / hour for our experienced plumbing, heating, and HVAC technicians’ time. We bill in ½ hour increments rounding up to the nearest half-hour. All our rates are competitively priced for our industry.
Materials Used- If you see a “material” charge on your invoice, it will show one total price for all materials used on your job. All materials used on your job have been marked up to account for our time to pick them up and our warranty if the part comes with any manufacturing defects.
